I will be using this blog to share my experience and experimentation with the different spices to prepare new and authentic world cuisines. My focus would be mainly on the  normal home made curries from eastern part of India. Slowly, I will start to uncover the mysteries behind the mouth splattering flavours of Indian food. All the recipes and cooking skills, I have learnt from my mother. She cooks the best food in the world and is my inspiration in life.

I am amazed by the response from my fans who have pushed me to reach new heights. In the last 7+years, I am humbled to publish two books with over 2,000+ followers and 25,000+ recipe searches.
